In 2020 I was invited to participate in a year long program called the “Immigrant Artist Mentoring Program” (IAMP) as a Mentor artists at Platteforum. The program paired one Mentee artist with one Mentor artist in Colorado. The final cohort consisted of 30 artists. Learn more about IAMP here.

Most of the program was hosted virtually in 2020 beacuse of the pandemic but ended with an in-person celebration in May 2021. On Friday August 6th, 2021 – The Immigrant Artist Mentoring Program’s (IAMP) cumulative group exhibition entitled “Threads – Migration Connects Us All” had its opening reception. Two of my artworks were featured including “Yama’s Shadow” and “The Descendants”.
